The HR executive should plan, coordinate, & direct the administrative functions of an organisation. He oversees the recruiting, interviewing, & hiring of new staff; consults with top executives on other HR functions.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Statutory compliance, recruitment, policy, ESI, PF, etc.
- End-to-end recruitment
- Coordination with management & candidate during the recruitment
- Record keeping of all candidates
- Handling employees Grievances
- Creating & updating the company policies
- Employees engagement, team building, etc.
- Payroll, labour policy, induction, exit
- Helping in HR based social media activities
- Basic Knowledge Excel, Word
- Good in Formal email drafting & email writing
- Admin Management
